Faster Than the Speed of Night sparked a new era for the music of Bonnie Tyler. Armed with a new manager, producer, record label, and a reinvented image, she became the first and only Welsh artist to score a No. 1 single in the USA with ‘Total Eclipse of the Heart’.

The album features an array of talented session musicians, hand-picked by Steinman, including Max Weinberg and Roy Bittan.
